1bet Terms & Conditions – Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 1bet ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all use of the 1bet website and its associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, and all promotional offers made available through the platform.

By accessing the 1bet platform in any capacity — browsing, creating an account, depositing, or placing a bet — you confirm you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

To access the full features of 1bet you must register an account. Registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when accessing or using the platform. 1bet does not permit access to persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration, including your full name and a valid mobile number registered in your own name.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names or contact details — to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your account details with any other person.
• 1bet may at any time request documentary proof of identity, age, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 1bet support may result in withdrawal restrictions or permanent account closure.

1bet takes the protection of minors seriously. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance in that account will be forfeited. Players who register on behalf of a minor will be permanently banned from the platform.

1bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi mobile wallet and banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other supported channels. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value transactions may be subject to additional verification.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay are typically credited to your 1bet balance within minutes of confirmed payment. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside 1bet's control.
• Withdrawals are processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification checks. The withdrawal payment method must be the same method used for the relevant deposit.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use payment accounts registered in your own name. Processing payments through a third party's bKash, Nagad or Rocket account is not permitted and will result in transaction reversal and possible account suspension.
• 1bet reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to any transaction flagged by its automated anti-money-laundering screening or fraud-detection systems. Such transactions may be delayed pending manual review.

All account balances and transactions on 1bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is applied. Displayed balances are always in BDT.

1bet offers a range of bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

All games on 1bet use certified RNG technology or, for live dealer titles, real physical game mechanics supervised by trained croupiers. The following fair play rules apply across all game categories on the platform:

• Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG or live game mechanics. No 1bet employee or agent can influence the result of any game, whether casino, crash, or sports market.
• Technical malfunctions — including network disconnections or server faults — that interrupt a game session will be handled in accordance with the platform's technical recovery procedures. Bets placed during a confirmed technical fault may be voided at 1bet's reasonable discretion.
• Players must not use bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with games in a way that confers an unfair advantage. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension.
• Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted in writing to 1bet support within 30 days of the relevant session. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

Sports betting markets on 1bet are settled according to the relevant sporting body's official results. Where a fixture is abandoned, postponed, or declared void after betting has opened, 1bet's published settlement rules for that market type will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1bet. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals frozen, and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation:

• Registering or operating more than one account on 1bet, whether under the same name, a different name, or different contact details.
• Using another person's identity, mobile number, bKash account, Nagad account, or any other payment credential to register, deposit, or withdraw on 1bet.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game or sports betting market outcomes.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets, exploit promotions, or interfere with the platform's systems in any way.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party, or knowingly allowing another person to operate your 1bet account on your behalf.

1bet actively monitors all platform activity for policy violations. Players who identify suspected prohibited activity by other users are encouraged to report it to [email protected]. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality.

1bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 6 above.
• Providing false, misleading or materially incomplete information at the time of registration or during any subsequent account verification process.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested, within the timeframe specified by 1bet support.
• Any activity that 1bet reasonably determines poses a material risk to the integrity of the platform, the safety of other players, or the financial security of the business.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If a material breach is confirmed, 1bet reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request with no breach confirmed, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any interruption, suspension or termination of the platform or any game; (c) errors or inaccuracies in platform content; (d) unauthorised access to your account; or (e) loss of anticipated winnings due to a technical error, provided that 1bet acts promptly and in good faith to investigate and resolve confirmed errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits 1bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 1bet reserves the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 1bet will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example, by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered mobile number. The updated Terms will carry a revised effective date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 1bet after revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
